I am so stoked to share this wedding day with you guys because it was filled with some of the most fun people and all the joy/intense emotions one expects from a wedding. Kailey + Mike are such passionate, unique people and I can’t wait to chat a little about their wedding day. This Estate at Cherokee Dock wedding was filled with all the emotions and intention. Let’s dive in!

First off, for those of you who don’t know Cherokee Dock is an estate that used to be Reba McEntire’s home. How special and fun is that? Who doesn’t want to get married at a celebrity’s former estate? Enough about the location though, let’s chat about Kailey + Mike! Kailey is a woman with many passions. She loves fitness and owns her own floral company. She did her own florals and decor for her wedding, which made it that much more special.

Normally at Estate at Cherokee Dock weddings you’ll find the bride and groom tying the knot by the water. Kailey + Mike decided to go against the grain a little and have their ceremony on the front lawn of Cherokee Dock. Let me tell you, it was truly stunning.

The Details of this Emotional Wedding Day

Some of the details of the day that really stood out to me were the first looks and the first dance. Mike and Kailey’s father both did a separate first look with her. They were both filled with joyful tears. Heck even with the first look with the bridesmaids, there wasn’t a dry eye in the room! If you are anything like me it’ll be hard to keep your eyes dry while taking in the gallery. Their first dance was also such a special moment. They made it super intentional and choreographed it. It was breathtaking to watch. One of the most stunning details though was Kailey’s gorgeous boho braid, which really stole the show and added the perfect touch to her whole bridal look.

For their exit, they opted to do a sparkler send off AND a dip in the pool (in their wedding attire). It was truly a night to remember and such a special Estate at Cherokee Dock wedding.
