Hannah + Josh flew in all the way from Tennessee to document this season of their life. Their engagement session at Hidden Valley in Joshua Tree National Park was so fun and creative. It was such a different location than any other place I had photographed before. In Joshua Tree, the sun shines down beautifully soft all day long.
Hannah and Josh were naturals in front of the camera. They had only been dating for a short time, but you can tell how much they love and care for each other. Their joy, romance, and emotion shine through the photos we captured together. They were so easy-going and down for all my ideas, even the crazy ones! In Joshua Tree, there is so much space to run and frolic and it made for joy-filled photos.
I loved getting to photograph outside my norm at Joshua Tree and create these warm, sunny, joyous photos with Hannah + Josh.

You all know the passion I have for traveling. This amazing business of mine takes me all around the world and I love getting to explore new places! This more desert vibe of a location wasn’t like any I had photographed before. I had so much fun creating photos that showed these smitten, joyous, wandering lovers, but in a different setting. It gave us tons of trees, rocks, and landscape to play around with as well as some gorgeous backdrops. There are so many amazing places out there to explore and I love that I get to explore some of it with my couples, as a job!
